Can monday Service handle HIPAA, SOC 2, and PHI?+
Yes, on the Enterprise plan with a signed BAA. monday.com holds ISO 27001, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, and does not train AI on customer data. If your IT or Security team wants the technical brief, we have a one-pager we can send over before the call (see below).
